External Memory by Rafaël Rozendaal

The solo exhibition ‘External Memory’ by Rafaël Rozendaal is currently on show at Upstream Gallery. Rozendaal, whose lenticular paintings were already included in last fall’s ‘Love Illumination’ exhibition, is now officially represented by Upstream Gallery. For this exhibition Rozendaal created a set of monochrome lenticular paintings. Also on view is an installation of the website Deep Sadness .com and the sculpture Popular Screen Sizes. Rozendaal is mostly known for his internet art: his websites attract a worldwide audience of over 30 milion visitors each year. The exhibition ‘External Memory’, which runs until April 26th, is your chance to see his work translated to the offline world.
